After starting her weight loss journey in 2013 weighing 233.5lbs. and losing 70lbs through hard work and dedication she has inspired many individuals to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle. She knows exactly what it takes to get the results that you’re looking for.
Tiffany focuses on what your body needs by developing individualized training programs and encouraging good nutrition habits. Tiffany uses her passion for fitness to motivate others to accomplish their individual fitness goals and maintain a positive self-image. She works with her clients to help them achieve and maintain the healthiest lifestyle they strive for.
She obtained her extensive knowledge of weight loss and weight management strategies through her own personal journey and learning from various inspirational fitness mentors. She is passionate about staying focused and pushing her body to the next level by trying new classes and continuing her fitness and health education.
Tiffany is also the creator of BODYBYT a brand that she uses to symbolize the hard work, dedication, and the struggle for anyone who was once unhealthy but have made a commitment to live a healthy lifestyle. She also offers a Trap Medicine ball class which is a low intensity, high endurance full body strength training class on Sunday mornings and Monday evenings.
Tiffany is certified through FITour as a Personal Trainer and through the American Red Cross as a CPR, AED and First Aid Instructor.
