I’m a four time nationally qualified men’s physique competitor. I was born and raised in South Bend where I ran track and played basketball before I headed to the University of Southern Indiana in 2004. My fitness journey began at a gym called Nitro Fitness in 2010. I stepped on stage for the first time in 2014 and I’ve been in love with the sport ever since. Personal training has become a passion of mine because it gives me the chance to help improve someone’s lifestyle no matter what their goal is. I incorporate hands on training and nutrition. I am meticulous with form and highly motivational. Helping others on their journey to better health is a privilege I do not take for granted.
